Hi, I’m Jamelle, but everyone calls me Jam.

I began tutoring children with learning and behaviour disorders over five years ago while completing a double degree in Psychology (Adv. Dip) and Cognitive & Brain Sciences.

Everything changed when I saw how many Aussie families were watching their child lose confidence, motivation, and independence. Through my research, I realised that most people didn’t know how differently an neuro-atypical brain learns and processes information compared to their neurotypical peers.

That’s when BrainJams was born, a service and resource hub designed to help families understand their child’s learning profile and bring evidence-based strategies into everyday life. After reading over 3,000 scientific papers, I began creating learning toolkits that are engaging, practical, and simple to use at home or in class.

Today, we’ve grown to support countless Australian families who trust us to make learning fun, structured, and brain-science-informed. We’re a small business with a big heart, and every session, product, and message means the world to us.
